Arctic Leasing is an international container leasing and management company with focus on freight and refrigerated containers, which are leased to international shipping lines, and are used to transport cargo by ship, truck and rail.
A portion of our container fleet is owned by Arctic Leasing with the balance being owned by third parties on whose behalf we manage the containers. Accordingly, we operate our business through three segments: container leasing, container fleet management and container trading.
Through our international network of agents we also have developed an active after-market program for containers retired from the international shipping fleet.
Arctic Leasing prioritises a clear and open communication with shareholders, investors and analysts and aims to provide the market with equal access to relevant and timely information.
Information is distributed through email notifications, quarterly interim reports and the annual report. Key events for the company will always be notified and an annual financial calendar is normally published at the end of a fiscal year.
The aim is that all shareholders and the financial community have equal access to information and further to provide the financial markets with adequate information about the company's activities in order to secure a pricing that reflects the underlying value.
